Sleep

Sleep consumes about 1/3 of your life. Sleepless effects your performance and your ability to do your everyday functions.There is about 84 different types of disorders. $15.9 billion to National Health Care costs. Everybody needs about 8 1/2 hours of sleep. Most adults get a minimum of 6 hours of sleep. College students are considered most sleep deprived, but about 70% are not satisfied on the amount of sleep they get. Teenagers need about 9 1/2 hours of sleep to function their best. Only 15% sleep 8 1/2 hours. Most also have sleep disorders. Over 2 million children have sleep disorders. 30-40% do not get enough sleep. For children it is recommended 9-10 hours. A person who would like there name not stated says " most people are grumpy if they don't get at least 8 hours."Images by Google.
