There are two retirements in RRMR this year, and both of which are on the elementary side. The first teacher that is retiring is RRMR's first grade teacher Mrs. Ohden, and the other Ms. Huisman a second grade teacher. Mrs. Ohden has been at RRMR for 22 years, three of them as a teacher's aid. Mrs. Ohden said that her favorite part of teaching is "Having fun working with the students." Ms. Huisman has been teaching at RRMR for 42 wonderful years, and said that her favorite part of teaching is "Seeing how the children change and grow through the years on a mental and physical level." These two teachers have been a part of many students learning experiences and will be greatly missed.
