The 2012 NCAA tournament has had its upsets and twists through out “March Madness” but the NCAA final had two power houses participating in this years final. The Kentucky Wildcats led by coach John Calipari and super freshman Anthony Davis versus Kansas and another college superstar in Thomas Robinson played in a head to head match up. Last night the two teams went head to head but in the end Kentucky won the title with a rapid running first half winning it 67 to 59. Anthony Davis didn’t score much but had many other stats to his name to help his team win the National Championship. The stats stuffer was named player of the game, which made him just the third freshman in history to accomplish such a high honor. Davis was also honored with the Naismith award which projects the best player in college hoops. Davis is said to be a no doubt lottery pick in the june NBA draft. He will be projected to go number one to the Charolette Bobcats. Kentucky and Kansas are expected to reload with upcoming freshman and other high quality players. Expect both teams to be in the mix again in the 2013 NCAA tournament.
