Probable or Not?

Philip Dean Brock murdered Terry Brazil Dec. 11, 2012. Reasoning behind it is unknown, but may be linked to additional grand theft charges.  Terry was Beaten, shot, and stabbed, while bound with duck tape.  Philip was arrested due to DNA found on the duck tape that bound Terry's wrists. In my opinion Philip most like would not have been caught if it wasn't for the DNA on the duck tape.
