A little innocent 22 month old girl that lived in chicago, IL had her foot bound by her father. The dad of this little girl Andre Curry was sentenced probation and also has to go thought parenting classes plus a drug screening once a week. Curry posted this picture on Facebook for every one to see what he had done. I think that he should not be able to get this little girl back because what happens next time if he decides to do something worse. Besides people loose there kids all the time for doing stuff that is less harmless.
